At TravelOS, we understand how much effort, courage, and determination it takes to start your own journey in the travel industry.
Our Startup Program is designed to support emerging travel agencies, DMCs, hotels, and visa service providers by giving them access to an advanced technology platform at a discounted price — so new travel businesses can compete with well-established players from day one.
Starting a travel business means competing with companies that may already have established teams, processes, technology, and customer bases. TravelOS helps new businesses build a strong technology foundation from the beginning — streamlining operations, managing customers, automating workflows, and operating more efficiently.
Our objective is simple: give emerging travel businesses access to the technology, automation, and operational capabilities they need to compete, grow, and scale.
Everything you need to know about eligibility, pricing, documents, and onboarding.
The program is currently available to travel startups operating with a B2C business model. To qualify for the startup pricing, the business must have been incorporated within the last 2 years from the date of enquiry.
The program is intended for newly established businesses such as:
Eligible startups will receive special discounted pricing on a per-user basis. The exact pricing will depend on the number of users and the applicable TravelOS startup pricing plan.
Payment is applicable per user from the date the TravelOS CRM license is activated. However, we want startups to be confident before committing to the platform.
If you feel that TravelOS is not the right fit for your business, you can cancel your subscription within 15 days from the date the license is provided and receive a full refund of the amount paid, subject to the program's applicable terms.
Applicants may be required to submit the following business documents:
TravelOS may request additional documents where necessary to verify eligibility.
Startup pricing is available for up to 4 users. If a business requires more than 4 users, it will be treated as a regular business case and will not qualify for the Startup Program pricing, irrespective of its incorporation date.
Businesses incorporated more than 2 years ago generally do not qualify for the Startup Program. However, businesses requiring more than 4 users will be evaluated under the regular TravelOS pricing structure regardless of their incorporation date.
The program is currently designed primarily for B2C travel businesses. B2B businesses may contact the TravelOS team to discuss whether another pricing or partnership option is suitable for them.
Yes. You can add additional users as your business grows. However, once your organization exceeds the 4-user limit, the account may move from Startup Program pricing to the applicable regular pricing structure.
After the 15-day evaluation period, the subscription will continue according to the applicable subscription terms. Refund requests made after the 15-day period will be subject to the standard TravelOS cancellation and refund policy.
The applicable commitment and subscription terms will be communicated at the time of onboarding. The Startup Program is designed to make it easier for early-stage travel businesses to adopt TravelOS without unnecessary barriers.
TravelOS can support growing travel businesses and their operational requirements. If you operate multiple branches or locations, please discuss your requirements with our team so that the appropriate plan can be recommended.
Once your application is received, the TravelOS team will verify your eligibility and submitted documents. If approved, you will receive the applicable Startup Program pricing and onboarding details.
The Startup Program is subject to eligibility and availability. TravelOS reserves the right to review applications and determine eligibility for the program.
The key eligibility limit for the discounted Startup Program is up to 4 TravelOS users, not simply the number of employees in the organization. If your business requires more than 4 TravelOS users, it will be treated as a regular pricing case.
